Justin Morneau slammed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Brad Radke came through
with a solid 8 innings at Metrodome as the Minnesota Twins, running on all
cylinders, ripped the Baltimore Orioles by a large 14 to 0 margin.

Morneau enjoyed a big day at the plate. He tripled bringing in a run in the
3rd inning, blasted a solo shot in the 6th inning and popped a two-run clout
over the fence (his 7th of the season) in the 8th inning. Minnesota simply
wore out the Baltimore pitching staff, scoring in 6 different innings.

Radke(3-2) went 8 innings allowing no runs for the victory. Sidney Ponson(0-2)
suffered the loss. He was not very effective, surrendering 5 runs in 2 and
2/3 innings.

'I didn't feel that good when I came to the park today,' Morneau said. 'I'm
glad I decided to play!'
