Aaron Rowand went deep and had 2 RBI at AT&T Park as the San Francisco Giants
staged a comeback win over the Atlanta Braves by the count of 7 to 6.

San Francisco erupted with the game winning runs in the bottom of the 9th
inning with 2 runs on 2 hits. Andres Torres led off and started the attack
as he drew a walk. Torres was running on the next pitch and he stole second.
Fred Lewis then laced a base-knock. Edgar Renteria was up next and he
doubled. Despite losing, Atlanta out-hit San Francisco 15 to 9.

Brandon Medders(2-0) was the winner allowing 1 run in 2 innings. The losing
pitcher was Rafael Soriano(0-2) in relief. He was unable to retire a batter
allowing 2 hits and 1 walk.

'That was exciting!,' Rowand said. 'I would have paid money to watch this
one.'
