Ryan Howard went yard and had 3 RBI at Citizen's Bank Park as the Philadelphia
Phillies beat the Milwaukee Brewers by the count of 7 to 4.

Milwaukee was unable to claim the lead after Philadelphia went ahead in the
bottom of the 4th inning as they scored 3 runs on 3 base hits. The critical
plate appearance was by Howard who electrified Citizen's Bank Park when he
bombed a two-run dinger. Milwaukee threatened in the 9th but Philadelphia
was able to put down the rally.

The win went to Cole Hamels(3-2) who allowed 4 runs in 8 and 1/3 innings. Clay
Condrey was credited with his 3rd save. The loss was charged to Mitch
Stetter(2-2) in relief. He pitched 1 inning and surrendered 2 hits and no
walks.

With this win, Philadelphia has a 15-10 record. They have been 6-4 lately.
Milwaukee has a record of 12-13 after the loss.
