Garret Anderson launched 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at Wrigley Field as the
Atlanta Braves beat the Chicago (NL) Cubs 6 to 2.

Anderson was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he provided
much of the offense for the visitors. He delivered a solo blast in the 2nd
inning, lofted a solo-blast 'downtown' in the 7th inning and delivered a
base-hit bringing in a run in the 8th inning. Atlanta had 10 hits for the
afternoon while Chicago (NL) had 6.

The win went to Kenshin Kawakami(1-2) who allowed 2 runs in 6 innings. Rafael
Soriano recorded his 4th save. The losing pitcher was Ted Lilly(2-2). He
was touched for 3 homeruns in his 7 innings of work.

Atlanta now has a record of 11-12. Chicago (NL) has a record of 12-7 after
the loss.
