Right fielder Magglio Ordonez cracked 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at Comerica
Park where the Detroit Tigers beat the Kansas City Royals 6 to 2.

Ordonez had a big day at the plate. He cleared the fences for a two-run home
run in the 4th inning and delivered a solo blast in the 7th inning. For the
game Detroit out-hit Kansas City 11 to 5.

The winning pitcher was Jeremy Bonderman(3-2) who allowed 2 runs in 7 and 1/3
innings. Ryan Perry earned the save, his 2nd. Brian Bannister(1-4) was the
loser. He was hit hard and gave up 8 hits and 3 walks in 5 and 1/3 innings.
