Ty Wigginton hit 3 doubles and had 2 RBI as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the
Minnesota Twins by the score of 5 to 3 at Camden Yards.

Baltimore took the lead for good in the bottom of the 3rd inning with 2 runs
on 2 base hits. After an out was recorded, Brian Roberts opened up the rally
as he drew a walk. Nick Markakis stepped up next and he ripped a one-base
hit. Wigginton then doubled. Baltimore rapped out 8 hits for the afternoon.

The win was credited to Brad Bergesen(2-2) who went 7 innings allowing 2 runs.
Bergesen was helped out by Alfredo Simon who recorded his 2nd save. Scott
Baker(3-3) was the losing pitcher. He pitched 6 innings allowing 6 hits and
1 walk.
