Jon Lester allowed Andy Virostek to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete game
as the Boston Redsox defeated the Tampa Bay Rays by the score of 6 to 1 at
Tropicana Field.
 
Lester(2-0) was very good in the win.  He was stingy on the mound, allowing
just 4 hits and 4 walks in 9 innings lowering his ERA to 2.86.  Boston had 9
hits for the afternoon.  
 
David Price(2-1) suffered the loss.  He allowed 6 runs and 9 hits in 9
innings.
